Mental Health and Well-being
This half term, we have been looking at how to take care of our own mental health and well-being.
As part of this, we discussed different emotions, what may happen to make us feel that way and how we could act to manage the emotion.
We used role-play to act out different scenarios that may happen in life. After that, we talked about how each situation may make us feel and the next steps that we should take.
