Pilates

 

To begin the year, we have been learning lots of pilates moves, following the topics of 'Around the World' and 'At the Movies'. 

 

We have found this topic to be beneficial to our mental health and well-being, as we have exercised our bodies and have taken time to practise mindfulness as part of our cool downs at the end of each session.
