Share a Pencil
At Christ Church CE, we encourage children to show thankfulness so that they appreciate what they have but, also recognise the needs of others.
We feel that it is important to raise of awareness of issues such as the reasons why globally, millions of children are still missing out on an education, and why that matters.
For the past two years, we have participated in the national ‘Share a Pencil’ day, where children experience the conditions that some around the world face on a daily basis.
