In Rainbow group, we follow White Rose Maths. We often use practical (concrete) resources to help develop our understanding of mathematical concepts. We then spend time developing pictorial and abstract methods.

Rock Star Day
We took part in our school Times Tables Rock Star day. We played games, sang songs and had a fabulous day!
We have been learning about place value. We know the value of digits, we can partition numbers into Tens and Ones and we can compare numbers and objects.
We have been learning addition strategies. We have been learning number bonds to 10 and using related number facts.
