Wellbeing activities for the day!

 

Here are list of activities that you can do with your family at home. Please send photographs of your chosen activities to Miss Hollis. 

 

Cooking

Be creative by making a cake. Decorate your cake with lots of icing and sprinkles. Take photographs and send them to Miss Hollis. 

 

Make a special family meal together. 

 

Music and Dance

Listen to your favourite songs. 

Create a dance to your favourite song. Why not get the whole family involved! 

 

Mindfulness

Go for a walk. Think about your senses whilst you do this. Answer the following questions - 

What can I see?

What can I hear? 

What can I feel?

What can I smell?

 

Art and craft

Draw a favourite memory you have. This could be a memory you had with family or friends. 

 

Draw your family portrait. 

 

Create a junk model. Using left over boxes and food packages, cut and stick bits together to create your own piece of art work. 

 

Draw some lines on a sheet of paper and allow them to over lap. Mindfully colour each section using crayons, pens, paints or whatever materials you have around the house.
