Living Things and their Habitats

During Autumn 1, Year 6 will be learning about living things and their habits.

Our main focus:

• To describe how living things are classified into broad groups according to their characteristics and based on similarities and differences, including micro-organisms, plants and animals.

• To give reasons for classifying plants and animals based on specific characteristics.
