Something very strange has happened in Year 2, this week we had an unexpected letter delivered to our class. We had been sent a treasure map from Captain Patch, we had to follow it carefully to find what he had sent us.

We have been busy looking at the story of Freddie and the Fairy, he makes lots of wishes.

This half term we have been busy helping Mr Pettifor find all of his things that he had lost! We then heard a similar story in Emily Brown and the Thing. We found all of the items around school!

Our text this half term is Room on the Broom. We have been really excited to retell the story and we are now innovating our own version of Room on the Broom with our new characters and setting.
